The type of art work that I do is photo realism. The mediums that I prefer are: pencil/paint and oil pastel. In addition to standard drawing papers I have used water color paper, handmade papers, poster board and suede board for the art work.

Some of the art work is done in Pencil with Prisma colors and the paint is Gouache. I use the paint for small accents. In the pets, I use white paint for whiskers, accents on the ears and other areas. Sometimes I work in oil pastel and have used suede board for those images.

I have held free shows at many places including but not limited to: libraries, Crane Coffee, Talent Tree Art Gallery, and several restaurants. I have conducted free demonstrations at Pet Stores, dog, cat and horse shows and open houses for new businesses.

My main focus has been pet portraits and wildlife. I am available for demonstrations or teaching.
