The Annual Silver Palette Show, presented by the Bellevue Artists Association, will be in the JCC Gallery for the month of October. This judged show promises to present some of the best emerging artwork in the area. Both newly emerging artists and art professionals participate in this organization and represent some of the amazing artistic talent that the Omaha metropolitan area has to offer. We have listed the location and hours of this fantastic show below. Location: Jewish Community Center Address: 333 S. 132nd St Omaha, Nebraska Dates: October 3 - 31 2011 Contact: Jane Pullum Hours: Mon - Thu, 8am to 9pm Fri, 8am to 5pm Sun, 11am to 5pm. The opening reception and award ceremony is scheduled on Sunday, October 16 , from 2-4 PM.
2011 Silver Palette Show
Barb Pejsar Linder Award
Good news! Barb Linder's Studio Sale has enabled her to be able to create a "Barb Pejsar Linder Award." This award will be presented during the Silver Palette awards. This year it will be for "watercolor." The following years will highlight different mediums-acrylic, oil, collage, sculpture, etc. It has been her wish that artists pursue their callings in whatever medium. It just so happens that this year will focus on watercolor, as that was her prime medium. So get cracking, all of you watercolor artists!

Monthly Meetings
BAA meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month. Social time begins at 6:30 pm, with the general meeting starting at 7:00 pm.
All meetings are held at the Anderson Grove Presbyterian Church located at 12005 South 36th Street in Bellevue.
Any interested individual may become our special guest at any meeting.
